1、刚度和强度低。玻璃钢的弹性模量比木材大两倍,但比钢(E=2.1×106)小10倍,因此在产品结构中常感到刚性不足,容易变形;玻璃钢在水中特别是盐水中长期使用时,由于盐水的渗透以及玻璃钢的溶胀作用,玻璃钢的强度会明显衰减,并最终导致破坏。 1, stiffness and low intensity. The shear strength between layers is based on resin, so it's low. 7、施工质量。采用玻璃钢管的另一个关键问题就是现场接口的处理方面,目前我国玻璃钢施工项目中,接口质量问题很突出,尤其对于长距离管道,接口数量很多,接口处理的好坏直接影响着整个工程的质量。 Construction quality.
